Happiest when discovering different parts of the world and meeting new people. We are two creatives with a shared love of hiking, cooking and photography.

Description

We're a creative duo based in Australia, actively working toward launching our own venture in Europe. Right now, we're building experience across hospitality, food, coffee, wellness, and land management – seeking opportunities that deepen our practical knowledge and feed into our long-term vision.

What we do:
Bec is a graphic designer, creative director, and content strategist with a proven track record in storytelling across digital and visual media. She directs and produces high-quality video content and social reels, with years of experience collaborating on international shoots and creative projects.
Joel works in the specialty coffee industry as a wholesale manager and photographer. He's equally at home behind the espresso machine or behind the camera – capturing authentic moments, especially in natural and outdoor settings.

What we're learning:
Gardening, land management, fencing, farm work, animal husbandry, and creating meaningful guest experiences. We're hands-on, curious, and genuinely interested in understanding how things work – from soil to table to hospitality. We believe the best ventures are built on real knowledge and lived experience.

What we're open to:
Collaborative work and learning opportunities that build our expertise: creative projects, coffee partnerships, content creation, gardening and farming work, hospitality roles, guest experience design, retreat concepts, or anything combining creativity with land-based living and community building. We're drawn to partners who value authenticity, quality, and meaningful impact.
We're easygoing, curious, and bring real intentionality to everything we do – whether that's capturing a story, designing a brand, getting our hands dirty on the land, or building genuine connection around food, coffee, and hospitality.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

About Us:

- Physically fit, active, and not afraid to get our hands dirty — we both exercise regularly, love being outdoors, and are always up for hard work.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and experienced living and working in different countries and environments.

Bec:
- Anything creative! Skills in painting, sketching, pottery, and general artistic projects.

- Experienced photography/videography assistant on international photo shoots; skilled in digital content creation and social media marketing.

- Holds a Bachelor of Design and Media Communication.

- Passionate about cooking and gardening, with a background in Food Science.

- Full driver's license (auto).

Joel:
- Passionate about cooking and working with fresh, local produce.

- Experienced coffee specialist - roaster, barista and wholesale accounts manager. Keen to expand my knowledge into the wine industry and learn more about this industry (as there are many similarities between both processes!).

- Skilled photographer with a passion for documenting authentic, outdoor experiences; familiar with social media content creation.

- Adaptable and independent worker, having lived and worked in a small mountain town (Fernie, Canada), London, and the rural wine region of Margaret River, WA.

- Full driver's license.

Autres infos...

We have a shared passion for photography and capturing the beauty of the people and the places we discover. As digital nomads, we would spend some of our downtime working on our creative projects.

Connecting with people and learning about the history of where we are are is meaningful to us. We absolutely love trying new foods, cooking or sharing a meal and a glass of wine. We would be interested in any kind of farm stay that involved cooking, gardening or just learning about the process.

We've taken cooking classes around the world and would love the chance to both learn from and cook for our future hosts!
