Hello, my name is Athena and I am 22 years old, from United Kingdom.
I love being in nature and feel most at home outdoors, breathing fresh air, staying active, and sharing thoughtful, meaningful conversations. I enjoy simple, mindful living and contributing to environments where care, respect, and balance are valued.
I love cooking and exploring foods from different cultures , and I’m always happy to help in the kitchen or with daily tasks. In my free time, I enjoy poetry, reading, swimming, and cycling — activities that help me stay grounded and present. I love animals:) I myself have two dogs and volunteered for years at a local donkey sanctuary. I now volunteer as an advocate for adults with learning disabilities. I really enjoy gardening as I find it very therapeutic. I have previously done one workaway 3 years ago on a farm which is my best travel and work experience yet. I can't wait to make more...

One of the things I am most proud of is my solo travelling, I love a mix of company and being independent. I love cooking , getting to know people while also sharing things I am passionate about.
