Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have been working as a yacht chef for the last 5 years. So aside from cooking and a deep interest in nutrition, I have experience in sailing, which with it brings a whole host of hands on practical skills as well as quick thinking solutions. Previous to yachting, I worked in the UK as a manager of pubs and hotels. Being South African born and raised, I love being outside, and am very comfortable in the wilderness :)
