hallihallo, here is Aruna, 28 years old, from Inner Mongolia, China. I am currently doing my MA in social and cultural anthropology in Germany.
I've just finished my journey in the Caucasus and I'm ready to go back to Germany to finish my thesis. But the process is inevitably a bit boring, so I want to find a family or a group of people to do something with, which I think will make my thesis more effective.
I am a very talkative person, although I can be a little shy at first, but I am really openness and directness. I have a deep passion for vintage items, be it clothing, decorative pieces, or small items of furniture. believe that with the passage of time, these objects come to life, each with its own story to tell.
Another hobby I developed during my time in Germany is hiking. My personal record so far is just 30 kilometers in one day. One of my goals for the next five years is to complete the Te Araroa Trail in New Zealand.

I speak English and German some fluently, as well as Chinese and Mongolian as my mother tongue. I would like to use this platform to find a language partner who can practice English with me on a regular basis. As a exchange i can offer my other three language skills.

Really Very excited to have found this platform! In terms of expertise, I bring a strong background in anthropology and social works, including field research techniques, communication and also teaching. For instance, I have extensive experience in Georgia, where I successfully finished 4 months field research about Georgian Wine culture and Business.
I have previously worked as an au pair in a German household, part-time at various trade shows, and occasionally served as a private tutor and study abroad consultant.
I also travel around during my Uni breaks and learning values, traditional cultures, lifestyles even literatures of different groups.
