Hi! I’m a curious and hands-on traveler who prefers learning by doing rather than just passing through places as a tourist.

Workaway is my way to connect with local people, understand daily life in different countries and grow through real experiences. I’m especially interested in improving my practical skills, working outdoors and contributing to meaningful projects.

I enjoy physical work and hands-on tasks. I’m not a professional craftsman, but I genuinely like working with my hands and learning from people who have more experience. I’m happy to help with general maintenance, basic construction, gardening, organizing, cleaning, or anything that requires reliability and effort. I’m also a big dog lover and comfortable around animals.

In my professional life I work as a workshop facilitator/moderator, which means I’m used to taking responsibility, communicating clearly and staying calm under pressure. I’m reliable, structured and respectful of other people’s space and boundaries. I like keeping things organized and I appreciate clear expectations from the beginning to avoid misunderstandings.

I’m a morning person, but flexible and happy to adapt to the rhythm of the household or project. I enjoy working independently as well as being part of a team — both have their place, and together you usually achieve more.

Travel has been a big part of my life. I’ve spent time across Central and South America, Southeast Asia, Central Asia and North America. Some highlights include hiking a 6,000m peak in Bolivia, scuba diving, and doing the world’s highest bungee jump in Nepal. But the most meaningful part of traveling for me has always been the people I meet and the shared experiences along the way.

What I value most in a Workaway experience is open communication, mutual respect and a fair exchange. I’m excited to contribute, learn new skills and be part of everyday life rather than just observe it.

I’m fluent in English and always happy to keep improving by speaking it daily in real-life environments. I don’t have formal teaching experience, but I’m happy to help with language exchange. I can speak German and Russian and can support with basic conversation practice, pronunciation and everyday vocabulary. I’m also comfortable helping with English conversation practice if useful.

I enjoy practical, hands-on work and I learn quickly when shown how to do things properly. While I’m not a trained tradesperson, I’m motivated, reliable and comfortable with physical tasks and basic tools.
