Description

Hey, I'm Arlo! I grew up on my parents woodland croft in Argyll. I really enjoy cycling, walking and camping as well as generally being outdoors, especially around trees. The reason I'm doing some workaways is to get some life experience from different people and places as well as learning some new skills to bring back to use on our family croft while also sharing the skills I have with others.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

From working on our croft and other smallholdings/farms I've gathered skills such as milling, fencing, tree planting and care as well as looking after animals. Over spring I completed my pdc and I'm pretty familiar with some permaculture principles as my parents both use them in managing our croft. Recently I've got my LANTRA crosscutting chainsaw ticket which I'm keen to put to use! I've also done some building and know my way around basic power tools. I'm also quite creative and a good problem solver. If you need a cup of coffee then your in luck cause I've been trained with the Argyll coffee roasters on all things coffee!
