Description
Travelling through Western Canada from November 2026 and Japan from January 2027.
I work in tourism and outdoor activities and enjoy practical work, meeting people, and learning by doing. I speak Spanish, English, and French, plus some Italian and basic German. I’m also learning Japanese and Japanese cooking.
I’ve completed several Workaways and have experience with guiding, animal care, housekeeping, farm work, renovations, cooking, bamboo projects, and general outdoor tasks. I’m comfortable with physical work, adapting to different routines, and helping wherever needed. I’ve also helped hosting volunteers myself, so I understand the importance of being respectful, reliable, and easy to live with.
In 2027, I plan to spend several months in Japan to improve my Japanese, experience daily life there, and enjoy winter in Hokkaido. -

For a **“What skills do you have?”** section, I’d make it more concrete and less personality-heavy:
I’m used to practical, hands-on work and don’t mind getting dirty. Through Workaways in Germany, Norway, Peru, Slovenia, Macedonia and elsewhere, I’ve helped with physical jobs, animal care, farm work, maintenance, and outdoor projects.
I work as a multilingual tour guide and have strong experience dealing with people from different backgrounds. I also cook regularly, especially Mexican and Japanese food, and I’m comfortable with breakfast, dinner, and general meal prep. My practical skills include basic carpentry, painting, power tools, light construction, bamboo building, and simple renovations.
I’m good at following instructions, learning new tasks quickly, and working independently when needed. I try to be reliable, patient, adaptable, and useful wherever I go. -
