Hi, I’m Annika, 20 years old and from Germany.🥰
I’m spending a year in New Zealand for Work & Travel, I'm here since the 15th of september and on a working holiday visa.

I’ve already lived and worked on a farm near to cromwell and helped with all kinds of gardening tasks, planting, weeding, building small things, feeding animals, and taking care of children. I really enjoy being outdoors and working with my hands, and seeing the results after the work.

Back in Germany, I did a year of voluntary in a hospital on the maternity award and worked as a babysitter for several families, did tutoring in several subjects and help with summer kids camps. Caring for others, being patient, and taking responsibility are things that come naturally to me. I love spending time with children, playing, listening, teaching little things, or just enjoying the time.

In my free time I like cycling, hiking, climbing and running, I even trained for a race earlier this year. I also enjoy cooking or baking, good conversations, and learning about new cultures.

People often describe me as kind, reliable and patient, someone who puts heart into what she does. I’m happy to help wherever I can and I always motivated to learn from others:)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm happy to help wherever I can, especially with children, animals, or outdoors in the garden.
Back home in Germany, I've done a lot of babysitting and really love spending time with kids - playing, being creative, or just sharing daily routines with them. I also worked in a hospital for a year on the maternity ward, which taught me to stay calm, care for others, and handle physical work in stressful situations.
During the last few weeks I've been living on a farm in new Zealand near to cromwell and now on another property near to dunedin, helping with gardening, planting, painting, feeding animals, and all kinds of outdoor tasks. I love being outside, working with my hands, and seeing the results after the work.

I really enjoy it to run, hike or ride the bike and generally being active, but always outsides. In most of my holidays I do things like climbing, canyoning amd skiing.
And reading is another thing I love.
