Hey Everyone!
I am Anneli, an 20 years old girl from Germany who would love to discover as much of the world and the people on it as I can.

So first of all, I would say that I am a very curious person. Talking to people, helping them out and getting to know their thoughts on life (etc.) is something that I love a lot as well as learning about different cultures and countries.
I have travelled a lot with my parents and I also went on an exchange year to Japan when I was 15 years old. I loved discovering the differences between my way of thinking and theirs and I have wanted to travel and discover more of the world ever since.

In my free time I enjoy doing artistic activities such as drawing, painting and writing, but I also love to read and to learn new languages.
Also I love to spending time with animals (My family has two dogs, a cat, many chickens, several rescued birds and a turtle and I also have spend time with goats, pigs and other animals) and doing outdoor activities such as hiking or cycling. At some point in my life, I would love to go backpacking around Europe.

In general I would say that I love learning new things and skills and even if I am not familiar with something or cannot do it at the beginning I am always willing to work hard and learn how to do it right. :)

I would absolutely love to work on and become more fluent in the languages that I already speak such as English and French but also learn other languages if I get the chance to. I am able to teach German to someone who is interested in the language. Furthermore I could teach someone the basics of the English, the Japanese and the French language.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have worked in a coffee shop, in a restaurant in the Austrian Alps and on a farm in Ireland. I am very skilled in working with customers and love to work together with people from different countries and backgrounds!

I have experience in babysitting and taking care of children as I have often been babysitting my neighbors children and I had to take care of my aunts children for two weeks.

My family owns a lot of small animals such as dogs, a cat, a turtle, chickens and we have had many rescued and injured animals that we took care of, so I have experience with taking care of animals as such. I would love to expand my knowledge to bigger animals though (such as sheep and cows etc.)

I also often help my mother with household chores, cleaning and gardening.

I am a passionate baker and love to make all sort of pastries. Also I have acquired a fondness and love for cooking while working as a waitress/cook on a farm in the Austrien Alps.

Since drawing and designing different things are my hobbies I have designed many flyers and t-Shirts (etc.) for school and my choir. So I have a lot of experience in that domain.

Furthermore I love to write short stories, poems, song lyrics and all sorts of journalistic texts and I also play the Ukulele.

I do have my drivers licence. So any activity or chore involving driving around is no problem for me.

Lastly, since I love learning new things I am willing to acquire any new skill that a host needs me to.

Something that I didn’t write in my description is that I am a passionate baker and I love to make cakes, pastries and any kind of dessert. I also love to watch movies and series and I enjoy talking about them a lot. Also I love to sing and to play the ukulele. :)
