Hi,
my name is Anika, I'm 18 years old and from Austria. Last year, I passed my A-levels and I now want to see the world, meet new interesting people from all over the world and experience new cultures before I start studying at university.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature. My favourite hobbies are therefore hiking, bike-riding and climbing as well as reading, cooking and baking.
I'm keen on trying and learning new things which is why I am happy to join the workaway community.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I would describe myself as a rather open and communicative person. In school, I really enjoyed studying languages and also helping others learn not only languages but also other subjects. Because of this skill, I have worked at a childcare center for toddlers as well as primary school students. This experience has taught me to be patient and empathetic but it also taught me a sense of responsibility and creativity.
Furthermore, I have worked at a supermarket and a bakery which has taught me to be professional and challenged me to solve the occational problem.

I'm looking for an authentic, lively, warm and human experience. I love connecting with people and hope to meet lots of people with different livestlyes, ideas and perspectives on life. Nevertheless, I would consider myself a sensitive human being and I'm therefore seeking for an environment where I feel safe, welcome and accepted and can have some personal space from time to time.
