Hello! My name is Angelo, and what motivates me most in life is connection – with people, with cultures, and with meaningful projects. I find real happiness in sharing experiences with others, learning new perspectives, and contributing to communities in a positive way.
I studied International Cooperation and Development, and through my experiences – from working at theUnited Nations in New York to volunteering with student networks and NGOs – I have learned how much joy comes from collaboration, intercultural dialogue, and helping others feel welcome.
I am happiest when I can combine two things: being organised and reliable, and at the same time creative and open to new adventures. Whether it’s coordinating events, supporting a project, or just joining in daily tasks, I like to bring positive energy and a proactive attitude.
I truly believe in the values of solidarity, sustainability, and cultural exchange. That’s why travelling and volunteering with Workaway feels natural to me: it gives me the chance not only to discover new places, but also to give something back while building genuine connections.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, photography, hiking in nature, and cooking for friends. I’m fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, so I love practising languages as another way of connecting with people.

Yes! I would be happy to teach Italian, my native language, and also English and Spanish. I love language exchange because it’s a great way to connect with people, share culture and learn from each other. I’m curious about learning new languages too, so I’m always open to practising or picking up some basics wherever I travel.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Development, which gave me strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. I’ve coordinated events, managed logistics, and worked with people from many different cultures – from diplomats at the United Nations to students and volunteers in Europe.
Languages are one of my strengths: I am a native Italian speaker, fluent in English and Spanish, and I enjoy teaching and practising languages with others.
I’m also creative and practical: I have experience in digital communication (social media, photography, video editing, graphic design), but I also enjoy hands-on work like cooking, gardening, or helping with small repairs. I’m organised, reliable, and I like to bring positive energy to any team or project.
Above all, I’m curious and eager to learn. Whether it’s helping with daily tasks, supporting events, or learning new practical skills, I’m always ready to contribute with enthusiasm.

In my free time I enjoy reading novels and essays, hiking in nature, and taking photos of the places I discover. I love cooking for friends (especially Italian food, of course!) and trying new recipes from other cultures. I’m also a big fan of board games and card games – I really enjoy the chance to laugh, relax, and share time with people. Music, cinema and travel are other passions that always inspire me.
