Hi everybody!

I am Aneta from Czech Republic, currently living and enjoying French Alps.

I would describe myself as an extroverted introvert - I love both - meeting friends and new people but on the other hand spending time just by myself reading a book.

From a young age, I was raised to respect nature and practically grew up on the edge of the woods where I loved to go picking mushrooms and blueberries. From then on, my love of the outdoors grew and I became a crazy plant lover - I used to have about 50 plants in my room and grew vegetables in a flowerbed in Prague. Now I have my mini garden on our balcony, so I'm learning how to adapt to the small space and weather conditions.

Of course, I won't leave out the animals on this subject. I have grown a great respect for large farm animals and am still learning how to work with them. I have experience working on a farm with llamas and goats and two years ago I rode a horse for the first time. During Covid, I went to shelters to walk dogs and I will make no secret of the fact that I have been a big dog lover since I was a little girl. You can also most likely see me anywhere taking pictures of spider webs or some other insects,because I'm just amazed by them, haha

Mountains are life at this stage of my life, which is why I moved to the French Alps. I try to enjoy the mountains through camping, hiking, and in winter skiing and snowboarding. On top of that, I have discovered my new hobby here, skateboarding, which I have only recently started, so I am just a beginner.

I also consider myself a music fan - I listen to different genres of music, but lately this passion has been stagnant and I would like to resume this activity. I am not a musically gifted person, but I am definitely one of those people for whom music helps to understand different feelings and people.

I am always open to teach anyone Czech but it is a pretty hard language to learn. :) I would love to try to teach English as it is the most common language I am using right now. I believe my level of English is weak C1, but I do not have any certificate.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I worked at a digital agency as a finance executive with some additional HR and office tasks so I have pretty good idea about how companies work. Thanks to that I can say I have good organizational and planning skills, knowledge of google sheets etc., I can always offer some of my knowledge from this field. 🙂

I helped at my friend's vegan Bistro for a few months during one summer and I found out that I love cooking. I will gladly help in kitchen whenever it is needed. I like using local products and selfplanted vegetables when I’m cooking.

I spent the last 2.5 years working mainly in hospitality, where I worked as a private host, helped with housekeeping, and finished the final year working as an Admin in this industry. In these jobs I developed mainly my communication skills in both written and spoken form.

I believe I am a fast learner with a team-work spirit. I am definitely hard worker not scared of any kind of work.
