Hi! I'm Joana, 26, and I'm happiest when I'm outside interacting with nature and getting to know people in a meaningful way. Being creative in different ways is a big part of who I am - I love expressing myself through music, drawing, writing, videography and movement, like acroyoga and dancing :)
I have a passion for biology and ecology, especially when it comes to holistic agricultural practices like permaculture and agroforestry, but ecosystem restoration, natural building and overall nature-driven practices really interest me!
I love to spend time with pets and children. I deeply value a sense of community and authentic connection, and I love to hear new stories and share my own. Making friends makes me really happy!
I studied both fine-arts and biology/ecology, worked for 1 year at an urban farming NGO in Lisbon, and am now a Portuguese teacher working remotely. I am more than happy to share my knowledge, and I'm excited to expand my skills as I volunteer!
I enjoy time alone very much, just like I enjoy being social :) I'm a pretty fast learner, good communicator and independent when/if the task calls for it. -

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
André - Comfortable with strength work, fast learner and open to help out at pretty much anything. Experience at cooking delicious vegan food (I like doing the dishes too :p). I love animals and am great with children too. Along with Joana, I have a lot of fun doing acroyoga and am happy to teach it to anyone that wants to try!
Joana - I love working with plants and have some experience with vegetable gardens. As I grew up on a farm, I'm also used to taking care of animals (chickens, cats, dogs, etc) and love spending time with them. Experience at cooking delicious vegan food (André takes care of the dishes, though :p). Passionate about sustainability, either in everyday habits or in implementing ecological solutions. I also have art experience, I love drawing, writing, videomaking and musicmaking. Along with André, I have a lot of fun doing acroyoga and am happy to teach it to anyone that wants to try! -
