Hello!
I'm Amaury, I'm 20 and from Lille, in the north of France.
I'm an enthusiastic student looking for a Workaway experience. I'm currently studying International Management and Economics at ESTICE, where I focus on languages and global culture.
I love learning new things and discovering different ways of life. I'm really interested in meeting new people and sharing cultures. I previously spent three months in Cambridge with a host family, it was a wonderful experience, rich in cultural exchange and meaningful connections.
In my free time, I enjoy photography and videography especially capturing landscapes and fun moments. I also have some experience with video editing. I’ve been playing tennis for many years and still play regularly. I’ve also played piano for about eight years and still enjoy playing for fun.
I’m open-minded, friendly, and always happy to help with different tasks. I’m a quick learner and like adapting to new situations.
I’m available to start a Workaway in early May and can stay for at least two months. This is part of my school program, so I need to begin my internship at the start of May. I’m excited to find a host family or project where I can be helpful and enjoy a great cultural exchange.

My studies focus on learning languages and understanding the world. I’m learning English, Portuguese, and Chinese. Chinese is my third language and it’s difficult, but I’m very motivated to improve. I also want to practice Portuguese and keep getting better at English by speaking with people and learning about their cultures.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I’m a curious and motivated person who likes being active and discovering new places. I spent three months in England, which helped me become more independent and improve my English. I speak French and English well, and I’m also learning German, Portuguese, and Chinese. I enjoy learning about new cultures and trying new things.

I’ve done different kinds of work volunteering during pilgrimages, helping in vineyards, and doing internships in law and government offices. These experiences helped me learn how to communicate, stay organized, and solve problems. I also like helping with charity and community projects. I’m happy to do both physical and creative tasks. I’m friendly, reliable, and always ready to help.
