DesignDescription
Hi! I’m a French ceramic enthusiast studying design, and I am willing to extend this interest to other cultures and ways to see ceramics, art, design and crafts.
Having the chance to have a flight attendant mother that I accompanied a lot in flight made me continually feed my curiosity of the world and my openness and interest in other people, countries, languages, and landscapes.
Growing up, the ecological question triggered me more and more, and that’s why I started to look for alternative ways to discover the world. I think that this way to travel was way more exciting, interesting, stimulating and, above all, allowed me to meet with locals.
I'm very interested by people practice and vision of art and design. As a curious design student I would always be open to talk and help you with your project !
My project:
I’m finishing my bachelor’s degree in design this year, and I have decided to take a 1-year break after my diploma to discover foreign countries through craft, creative and design (mostly eco-design projects).
Indeed, my diploma project was focused on a new ecological practice. This way, I was really happy and proud to present an object made entirely of ceramic waste. I really enjoyed creating an eco-friendly process. That's why the environmental approach and the variety of creative project I noticed in the platform Workaway really interests me a lot.
I am very curious, and I would really enjoy opening myself to different people and ways to create and build projects!
Thank you!Centres d’intérêt

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have studied ceramics in the countryside of France (Creuse) for 3 years, and as a Parisian, it really taught me to be resourceful and to work in a team with low and natural resources.
For example, we often collected clay and wood in the forest and built a kiln to make collective wood-fired ceramic cooking with my classmate that could last 7 days (day and night).
It required a lot of effort, but I really enjoy those experiences.
In fact, I could say that I really like to challenge myself and go into situations where I am not necessarily comfortable.
This led me to have wonderful experiences, like an internship I did for 3 weeks in the mountains (Cévennes, France) with a wood sculptor.
I also did a 3-month internship in a porcelain factory (J.L. Coquet) close to Limoges, France, where I learned all the steps to produce porcelain (designing, modeling, casting, polishing, glazing, etc.).
I love to tinker and do handcraft of all sorts.
I have good abilities too with the Adobe Suite programs like Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and a bit of 3D rendering.Âge

I adore hiking!
I went on a 3-day trek in Auvergne (French Mountain) in winter and a 7-day trek in the north of Mongolia that I really appreciated, and I'm looking for hiking again and again :)Informations complémentaires

The family and the place are just fantastic. Tuscany is a very wonderful region and thanks to the train down to the village I could discover some very amazing place (Sienna, Arezzo, Le Balze and of course Florence !!)
Also a lot of people are cycling in the area, so if you love to bike it's great
