Hello there! I'm excited to offer my time, skills and energy to volunteering projects that foster community, learning and collaboration. I’m a hands-on, proactive person with a can-do attitude, equally happy working as part of a team or independently. I'm more than willing to roll up my sleeves and contribute wherever needed – whether that’s gardening, farming, general maintenance or helping with marketing, creative or digital tasks.

I have practical experience in self-sufficient living, including gardening and farming and I enjoy working with my hands and being in nature. I’m also highly organised and bring a thoughtful, solution-focused approach to any task I take on.

Professionally, I have a background in marketing and business development, having worked across a variety of sectors including construction and engineering. I’m confident in strategic planning, digital marketing, social media, content creation and client relationship management. I can support hosts with tasks such as promoting their projects online, creating engaging content and managing websites or social platforms.

When I'm not volunteering, I work part-time as a Hypnotherapist, supporting people with issues such as anxiety, stress, confidence and low mood.

I enjoy a simple, active lifestyle – hiking, gardening, swimming outdoors, paddleboarding, yoga, meditation, reading, arts and crafts and attending live music events.

I’d love to connect with projects where I can contribute meaningfully, learn from others and help build something special.

I also work as a hypnotherapist, helping people to alleviate a range of different physical and mental health issues.
