I am french traveler. I am doing a long travel around the world with my girlfriend Maëlys ! 🌎

We both are engineers, freshly graduated and currently accomplishing our dream to travel the world. This trip just started October the 1st 2024 in Montreal and will last 2 years between the American and the Asian continents. Some people told us that we were crazy to do such a travel now but we are enjoying every minutes of it ! (Except that I am already missing my cat 🥲)

We are curious and spontaneous people and we love sharing a good time with people and friends around a beer (or two) ! We love drinking, eating and discovering new flavors. We haven’t found something that we disliked to eat at this point… Please challenge us and share all your food knowledge, maybe you will be the one that make us discover that part of ourselves 😉

Board games, traveling (of course) and discovering cultures (mainly through food). I draw things that i see on a daily basis, to fill my roadbook. We both love riding motorcycles and the feeling of freedom that it provides. I draw and Algis is a photographer ! I really love his shots and seeing the world through his eyes.

Forrest Gump, Howl’s Moving Castle are my favourites movies ! But I can spend several hours watching all kind of documentaries…
I love dancing ! I like to read, and Algis loves mangas. Mulan is my favorite Disney alongside Rapunzel. We like every type of music except for hardcore rave music, and at the moment we are in our bosa nova era.

We speak French, English and Spanish and we know a little bit of German (Ich liebe dich).

Since we are on this trip we learn to live with the bare minimum… Algis was a scout, he learned how to survive in a forrest and can teach you how to build a house with log of wood and cords or how to make a fire with a spoon.

I want to meet you all and live extraordinary experiences ! Sharing stories around a meal or some drinks. We also like to cook and learn some of yours. And if you have any nice spot or activity that you would like to share with us, we are down.

Trip around the world is a legit one I think, and if you don’t think so, we went to the Hellfest sleeping in our car. And we also went on a roadtrip in the same car for few weeks in the south of france and in the Alps, but we will tell you more about all of it.
