Hi! My name is Alex and I'm currently 19 years old. I live in Ariccia, a small town 20 minutes away from Rome, with my younger brother Daniel and my little sister Matilde. I'm scottish on my father's side, and italian on my mother's. I have a plethora of cousins, about 33 I think, since my grandmother had a whopping ten kids! I love cooking, playing soccer, composing music and writing poetry, but that's not all; I have a strong passion for languages, particularly french and german, although the latter has truly been a challenge to learn. I've been going camping since I was a young kid, and absolutely love the outdoors!

I adore languages and, having gone to a linguistic school, I've been studying French for 8 years. I am fluent in both English and Italian (both C2 levels) and have a B2 certification in French. I give private English lessons in my hometown and have grown quite fond of teaching. I am hoping to use these trips to get fluent in French, and maybe one day German too.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I adore writing poetry and orchestral compositions, although I would still consider myself as an amateur in both. I also find building things incredibly fulfilling, with woodworking being one of my favorite summer pastimes (last year I started learning how to craft bows). I gladly do chores, with cooking being my specialty: teaching your family how to make a variety of italian dishes would make me incredibly happy! However, I can also wash dishes, clean the house, and tend to animals if needed. I love doing fun activities with children, so babysitting wouldn't be a problem.
