Hi! My name is Anri. I am from Japan.

I love being in nature and spending time with animals. I also love making things with my hands, like painting and knitting.
I enjoy learning from new places and people, and I hope to use my skills to help others while discovering different ways of living.

Right now, I’m studying art at a folk high school in Denmark. Before that, I created manga and illustrations in Japan.

I’m a polite and hardworking person who enjoys learning with others.
I'm especially interested in cultural exchange—I’d love to learn about your way of life and share my own culture too!

My English is good enough for daily conversations, and I’m always trying to improve.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I can help with gardening, taking care of animals, light cleaning, photography, and simple PC tasks.
This is my first time using Workaway, but I always try my best.
I’m calm and steady.

I studied psychology at university in Japan and have experience working after graduation. Through these experiences, I have communication skills and a sense of responsibility.

I’m also good at drawing and painting. I can draw portraits and landscapes, and I’ve studied traditional Japanese ink painting (sumi-e), which I’ve taught to people from other countries.
I also worked as an assistant to a manga artist in Japan, and I enjoy drawing in manga and animation styles. If someone is interested, I’m happy to share my knowledge.

Lately, I’ve become very interested in dyeing and knitting.
I would describe myself as sincere, responsible, and curious—I really enjoy learning new things.
I love spending time in nature and being with animals, and I’m also interested in traditional crafts and different cultures.
Sometimes I work on my computer, so having Wi-Fi and a bit of private space would be very helpful.
