Hello,
I’am Antonia, and I enjoy stepping out into the world with an open heart, ready for whatever life brings. I'm a positive, open-minded person, and if I have one talent, it's enthusiasm.
Whether it's hiking, ice bathing, making short films, writing, making soap, gardening, pet sitting, DIY, pottery, playing pen and paper, sledding, traveling, singing in a choir... I have many interests and love discovering new ones.
I especially want to make more room in my life for traveling—that's why I'm here.

Over the past 20 years, studying and working have taken up a lot of space in my life, and I kept coming up with very "important" reasons why now wouldn't be the right time to travel. Well, I've run out of excuses now, and I'm ready to follow this dream.

I love nature, especially winter, snow, and the cold! Unfortunately, my hometown Vienna has rarely seen snow in recent years, and climate change is also leaving its mark on the mountains. That's why I'm particularly interested in the Scandinavian countries and Finland.

I'm a sociable person, used to addressing things, asking questions, and reflecting on my own perspective. I enjoy being around people, but I also need peace and quiet to balance things out.
I'm adventurous and excited about trying new things, but for me, an adventure doesn't necessarily have to be dangerous. An adventure can be meeting someone new and sharing ideas, or taking a walk alone in the woods. I look forward to meeting new people and ways of life, learning from them, and broadening my horizons.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I’am skilled in handicrafts and enjoy getting things done myself, whether around the house, in the garden, or with animals. I'm not afraid of technical devices or machines.

I've plastered and painted walls, installed wood and plasterboard panels, and laid tiles. I've mounted lamps, pictures, fly screens and furniture, connected washing machines, and used saws, drills, and other machines. I can sew, iron, cook, clean, and cut your hair (depending on the style you have in mind).

I'd say I have a green thumb. While I don't have my own garden at the moment, the herbs and flowers on my balcony are blooming and thriving despite the summer heat, and my houseplants are doing very well. I also have experience with weeding, mowing lawns, harvesting fruit and vegetables, chopping wood, and building fires.

I love animals (except wasps) and thankfully, don't have any allergies. I have experience with dogs, cats, and fish, and I enjoyed horseback riding as a child. I respect unfamiliar animals but am not afraid of them, and I would love to learn more about how to handle them. I'm especially fond of sheep, goats, dogs, and chickens.
A few years ago, I started training to be a nurse. I didn't finish, but I still learned a few important skills. So, blood and other bodily fluids don't bother me.

I have a driving license and am experienced with cars and minibuses, both manual and automatic. I've also driven a tractor and a motorscooter before, but that was a while ago.

I'm in good shape and physical work doesn't scare me. I enjoy being outdoors and leaving the house even when the weather is bad ;)
