Hi, my name is Yuri and I’m from Japan.
I’m currently studying Global Studies at a university in Malaysia, and I love learning about different cultures, values, and ways of life through travelling.

I would describe myself as calm, open-minded, and responsible. I enjoy living simply, helping others, and adapting to new environments. I’m respectful of house rules and always try to be reliable and honest in my work.

I can help with daily tasks such as cleaning, organizing, basic cooking, gardening, and general help around the house. I’m physically active, so I’m happy to help with tasks that require stamina as well. I also have experience living abroad and communicating in English, so I feel comfortable in international environments.

Through Workaway, I hope to connect with local people, learn new skills, and experience everyday life beyond tourism. I believe cultural exchange happens best through working together and sharing daily life.

I would be very happy to contribute to your place while learning from you, and I hope we can have a positive and respectful experience together.
