Hi i am from holland , 65 years young and the 4th of may 2026 I am going for the third time to Jinja , Oeganda, staying at Lisa's house. I you want to know more about her project, you can read my review and find her. Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Besides tailoring I can fix sewing machines, paint a wall, start a business, cook a meal, drive a car, water the plants etc. . i can help women sewing reusable sanitary pads with an electric sewing machine (that i can bring with me)

I am a peaceful person who likes to drink lots of coffee. I trained shotokan karate for many years, at the moment i visit the gym 3 times a week to keep myself healthy and fit and I practice some yoga. I like to make quilts and I love my 2 sons. They take good care of themselves now so I can explore the world again. Besides my daily work in my shop visit a family who fled from the war in Syrië to help them speaking Dutch and to help them with other things that come up. I also volunteer in a filmtheater as a barkeeper once a month. Many years ago I spent two summer holidays in France to work at a citadel in Montmedy: To protect the citadel walls we had to remove plants from the walls so that they wouldn’t destroy the old bricks. I also helped in the kitchen cooking for the other people (about 15 ) and of course cleaning. It was great fun!
