Description
Hello!
We’re happy to take people stranded during COVID. Can take up to two people only and must be willing to share a bedroom (queen bed).
My husband and I live on a couple of acres that overlook mountains and farm land.
We currently only have chickens and a small veggie garden that we are hoping to expand.
We have a three year old son who is a really happy content little dude. He is in Kinder three days a week - we are hoping to have someone come for the next three weeks whilst I (Bernadette) finish off my Masters.
We are an active family and love camping, hiking, surfing, mountain biking etc
We live close to great mountain biking and hiking tracks and 30mins drive to the beach. We are in Bairnsdale which is 3.5hrs from melbourne (easy by train too). It’s a stunning part of Australia with lots of things to do including seeing lots of native animals and plants - we even have an island with Koalas living in it!!
We’ve always travelled and shared our home with travellers. Hoping for someone (open to a couple) to help with house/garden and childcare duties. I’m a midwife and a personal trainer and Mick is a teacher. We’re flexible with length of stay. We have two spare bedrooms each with Queen sized beds, separate toilet and shower.

Living in a rural Australian town on acerage. We are happy to include you in our family adventures and cultural activities like cooking a bbq or going camping, visiting places with native animals and plants living in the wild etc

We are more than happy to share our car with you should you like to travel around and see different places. We just ask that you pay for fuel. We can also lend you camping and sports equipment like bikes, surf boards and gym equipment etc
