  The cultural experience you can have is living in a typical Australian household, Jess is from nz and Scott is Australian. Our child in particular is curious about different languages also

  Aide

  Some of the tasks we have are painting our fences, laying mulch in the gardens, painting our driveway, helping resurface our pool area, gardening and some babysitting duties.
  
  Trade experience handy for odd jobs but not essential.
  
  In terms of helping times and days we are happy to work in with the workers to plan a schedule of no more than 20 hours per week. During wet season the middle of the day can be too hot to work outsidr unless we have cloud cover or set up a overhead shade and fan for gardening or outside jobs, so we will make sure that we work within the appropriate time frames of morning or afternoon. Saturday mornings are likely to be busy if the worker is appropriate for childcare duties otherwise we are very flexible. You may have activities you are hoping to see and we can work around your desires also. Help with evening meals may be suitable if it fits - we will offer different work options depending on skills and needs at the time.

  Hébergement

  We have a nice private bedroom with queen sized bed in our home with air conditioning. There is a pool which workaways are welcome to enjoy we are a short bike ride or scooter to the foreshore of Cable Beach (2km). This would probably suit a couple as Jess would feel more comfortable if it is a time when Scott is away but all welcome to reach out.
  
  You can eat with us for our family dinner. Breakfast you can help yourself to cereal, eggs, toast etc and we will provide what is needed to make yourself sandwiches or wraps etc for lunch.

  The beach is 2km away the pool is lovely to swim in and relax by. There are many local activities and attractions.
