  Description

  Hi, mi name is Ismael, and I’m 36 years old. when I was 30 I decided to leave city behind, looking to live in touch with nature. After moving to Asturias to help a friend with his project, and with everything I learned there and lots of enthusiasm, I decided to start this adventure on my own.
  
  At the beginning it was hard, but step by step this place is turning into a space more comfortable, now is a pleasure to share it with people who are up to learn and to enjoy the countryside and everything it gives us. In this exchange I also expect to do what I like the most: To learn!
  
  If you are looking for a place to relax while you smoke and drink some beer… this is not your place. I enjoy making good use of the hours, and there’s always something to do.
  
  to be comfortable on both sides, you must like animals (right now we live together with, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 donkey and some hens) and you must also like country work, many days we will end with our hands dirty of earth.
  
  
  To eat healthy it’s important to me, cereals, vegetables and legume are the main dish. I’m omnivore but I can change into a vegetarian diet.
  
  And about day schedule? We will spend the mornings working together, and the afternoons you can enjoy the area. I spend the afternoons working outside here right now, so it’s important that you like to have time on your own.
  
  I’m an openminded person and tolerant who enjoys meeting other cultures.

  About the area you can enjoy the Asturias Culture, and most of all, the ways of living in the mountains, there’s a lot of excursions to do in the surroundings, we are close to Las Ubiñas Nature reservation. You will learn to take care of the earth so it can provide us.
  
  I’m looking for someone that likes to work, but also to exchange knowledge (I’m a botanics enthusiast)
  
  Rumi, our donkey, is learning to help us, so it will be terrific if you know some basics of animal traction.

  Aide

  Chainsaw and brush cutter are our best friends. August and september are months to prepair A LOTS of firewood and clear the forest to collect chestnuts and hazelnuts.
  
  Of course, the garden is always waiting for our hands, just like cooking or cleaning.

  Hébergement

  The house has 3 rooms (one of them is for you), a workshop to enjoy working wood the rainy afternoons, and a chamber with a chimney and the kitchen, and a composting toilet. We have hot water already and a solar panel on.
