We've just had 10 days helping Cliff and Cath with their huge renovation job just outside the village of Cózar. The work was very reasoable and varied and as mentioned by other workawayers Cliff always made sure to keep it to 3hrs and sometimes less.
The accomodation was very private and the kitchen had everything we needed.
They are great company
… read more and friendly and we got along great and had some laughs together over a wine and a beer......or two. Was nice to spend some time in Spain with a couple of Northeners haha.
The village is quiet with a few bars and shops etc and everyone was friendly and our very limited spanish held up enough to get what we wanted.
We also should give Maria the resident Mexican a mention who was also very friendly and good company.
We'll definitely keep in touch and keen to know how their project develops. Good luck guys.

Well we just had the pleasure of Graeme and Brenda (fromNewZealand).Thought we were getting guests from New Zealand turned out the used to live just 20 miles from us in the uk,unbelievable!Just had 10 great days with them like being back home,they get stuck in without complaints completing everything we asked from them and they really are great
… read more company with good sense of humor. Got on well with other workaways.Would recomend them to anyone if you get the opportunity to host them then take it you definitely will not regret it .They would be welcome to return anytime ,and any future hosts should look forward to them arriving.
A very positive experience! Cliff and his wife are a lovely couple, always kind, helpful, and still very much in love. Alex and Martina are a great couple easy to get on with and integrated with other workaways and community,
They worked well without complaints ,did everything that was asked of them they would be welcome back any time .

Janko is a great guy he is very willing and does not complain about anything he is asked to do .He integrates with others well .He works hard and has been a pleasure to be round he is welcome to return anytime he wants and we will look forward to it .

You only work three hours a day so you have a lot of free time. The accommodation is clean and you have a lot of privacy if you want it. The village of Cózar is very quiet and ideal for relaxing, there is
… read more also a bar and a small village shop. If you want to go to the nearest town or just explore the area a bit, you can do so with one of the two bikes that are provided. I really enjoyed it there and will probably come back next year.Feedback

Cliff and Kath are extremely pleasant and kind-hearted people, in addition, they are attentive, caring and have a good sense of humor. I have only had positive experiences in the village of Cozar and with them. The part of the building where we live is already nicely renovated with rooms with a private bathroom and a comfortable bed.

He installed a TV with channels in the living room and a washing machine in kitchen, there is also a small gym for work out and outside the beautiful views of the olive fields.
