  We are a family of 4 people : Davy, my husband, Axel my 15 years old boy, Charlie my 8 years old girl and me Julia. We are living in Lacanau Ocean in the south west of France, 800 m from the beach. We are managing some house for rent.

  I’m speaking English and can communicate with travellers. We can help us tu learn French but also taste French food because we like cooking. We can also lend surfboard, skate or bike.

  Aide

  Our main wish is to offer our daughter the opportunity to spend time with someone from another country, improve her English or spanish, discover a new culture, and create wonderful memories together. We are looking for someone who enjoys playing, chatting, going to the beach and playing in the water ( Charlie is like a fish, she loves so much swimming), or simply sharing everyday family life with her.
  
  During summer we are working a lot, quite 7 days/7 days and we would find someone to spend a bit of time with Charlie so that she isn't all alone all the time. She has a 15-years old older brother, but he doesn't really want to spend time with her :))
  
  For this year 2026, we will need someone from july 6th to 20 july, from july 30th to august 8th and from august 14 th to 25 th.
  
  In return, we will be happy to welcome you into our home, provide your own comfortable room, meals, and help you discover our beautiful region and French culture. We hope this will be a genuine cultural exchange where everyone enjoys the experience.

  Hébergement

  We are living in a 130 m2 house and we will offer our room to the person who will live with us. In the house there are 2 bathroom and 2 toilets. There is a wifi connection of course. Our house is located about 500m from the beach and the center.

  From Lacanau there’s a bus line to Bordeaux. And as I said up, we have a bike available.
