  Description

  We are a small resort located in Ecuador and help with community involvement and growing heirloom tomatoes and seeds to sell at the local market.
  Small family run of a mix of American and Ecuadorian.
  
  I am the project and property manager here on site. The family lives in a separate house here on the property also. We are a mix of American and Ecuadorian and the family has a mixed daughter who is 9, bilingual and an amazing little girl.
  The property has available hiking on much of it including multi waterfalls along the creek on the property. We are in the mountains just outside of Cuenca. An amazing old Spanish city that has much to do and see.
  On the property we have many projects. Growing foods, building cabins and garden beds and even an energy pyramid. Walkways, gardens, firewood, some help with the rental cabins, animals or kitchen.
  There is also a pickle ball court, trampoline and ping pong table all covered from weather for extra fun.
  We are a mix of English and Spanish speakers.
  
  We have a few Ecuadorians who you will see on the property who come to help on different projects. Some help with gardening. Some help with landscaping or building or fixing the paths and others construction plumbing or odd end jobs.

  We are English and Spanish speaking and share Ecuadorian traditional culture mixed with American.
  
  You have the chance to see and converse with Ecuadorians as well as Americans. Some are bilingual and some are excellent speakers in either English and or Spanish. So come practice either language. Learn community and building skills. Running a large property and many projects. We hope to learn from you as much as you can learn from us.

  Aide

  People who are conscious about better living and learning. Respectful and teachable. The positions are for construction, gardening and land management.
  The shifts are split shifts on a 5 day work trade of 25 hours with two days to have off playing in Cuanca or surrounding areas.
  No cell phone use during working hours unless it is an emergency.

  The transportation bus picks up and drops off in front of the property. 40 minutes ride to Cuanca.
  Be respectful of owners and the property and respect is returned.
