This is a private property situated between the mountain and the sea in a very quiet location, close to Portimao, Alvor and Lagos, surrounded by beautiful beaches and magical places such as caves where pirates hide.

I had a good 7-day stay at the villa, the gardening was very simple and relaxing, I listened to my podcasts and enjoyed the gentle sunrays. My experience of volunteering in Vila da Costa was very good!
paulo and sandra were very welcoming from the start. we had a lot of exchange, conversations, walks and mutual learning!
Paulo gave me a real lesson on Portuguese wines, and sandra showed me a lot about cooking by always cooking delicious dishes for meals!
I think I made great friends

The working hours are very nice and it was mostly gardening and general maintenance.

I had a really good time at Sandra's and Paulo's house. I mostly worked in the beautiful garden full of orange, olive and almond trees, as the autumn came the leaves and ripe fruit needed to be swept to tidy up the place, my work consisted mostly of that.

O Paulo e a Sandra receberam-me, e a uma amiga alemã, com toda a boa disposição, simpatia e atenção.
Senti-me como em casa, como em família, porque as conversas fluíam e eles tiveram a amabilidade de nos levar a conhecer os arredores.
