  Description

  I live on a small 3 acre hobby farm next door to my sister 5 minutes outside of Nelson BC. We are always looking for help developing the many small living quarters on the land. Plumbing, carpentry, landscaping and strong bodies are always needed. I can accommodate a wide variety cooking styles and diets. Large loft sleeping space in the main house, insulated quansy outbuilding with king bed as well as two other out rooms are available for stay. I am a certified yoga instructor and masseuse currently studying classical flute and Spanish.

  I can offer lessons in English, yoga plilates and dance. Host site seeing of the beautiful Kootenay region and connect you into the thriving night life of Nelson. My land was first settled by my great grandparents when immigrated from England and has been in our family ever since. I am a 20 minute drive from Whitewater, one of the world's most renowned ski hills. Having lived here since I was six years old I am a great person to help ypu explore this beautiful area.

  I am looking to build a roof over my wall tent for the winter and re-enforce some beams in my garage. Put a sink and shower door in my bathroom.

  Hébergement

  There are two king beds available, one in the loft of the house and a private bedroom outside depending on what type of privacy is needed. A third living space, a 17 by 14 ft wall tent with wood stove can host 2 or more easily. I have a store of extra blankets and bedding if needed. Outhouse and bathroom with a spring water fed claw foot tub and shower in main house. One meal a day is provided with option for more depending on work trade arrangements. Flexible and skilled cooking styles.

  I always love meeting new people. I expect guests to clean up after them selves. I am happy to offer some transportation in off hours. There are many amazing sites in this area including 3 different hotsprings.
