  Description

  Let me introduce myself.
  My name is Iván, and we are a family living in Valladolid, in the region of Castilla y León, Spain. We have a 9-year-old daughter, and we live in a wonderful place not far from the city center, with access to tennis courts, paddle courts, and a swimming pool during the summer.
  
  We would love to host someone who enjoys teaching English to me and my daughter. You don’t need to do any housework—just share your language with us and enjoy your time in our home! We do love having lunch outside, going out with our friends, visiting new cities, having fun, chatting,....... So, if you choose to join our family, you will have a very really wonderful time.

  We enjoy spending time together as a family — playing games, going for walks, and visiting friends. We often go out for a coffee or to explore Valladolid, a beautiful city full of history and culture. You can also join us for local events, markets, or small trips to nearby towns. We love sharing simple moments and good conversations. We can help you practice Spanish and learn more about our culture and daily life in Spain. I (Iván) can also share knowledge about economics, education, and entrepreneurship, as these are part of my professional background. My daughter can help you learn Spanish in a fun, natural way through play and family interaction.We are curious and open-minded people. By hosting workawayers, we hope to learn about new cultures, ways of living, and different perspectives on the world. We believe cultural exchange is an amazing opportunity to grow as a family and to build beautiful connections beyond borders.

  We are looking for someone who can speak English with me (I have a C1 level) and with my 9-year-old daughter. We would like you to do exercises and play games with her, and also talk about daily routines in English.
  
  In short, we are looking for someone who wants to get involved in our family life and become part of it.

  Hébergement

  We live in a detached house (chalet) located in a quiet residential area. There is a bus every hour connecting our neighborhood with the city center.
  
  Our home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a basement (bodega). You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom.
  
  We also have paddle and tennis courts, and a swimming pool during the summer — it’s a great place to relax and enjoy outdoor activities.
  
  We love cooking. So, you can learn Spanish recipes.
  
  All expenses are included — this means breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, even when we go out to eat or travel together.
  
  There’s also the possibility for you to cook your own meals if you prefer, but we really enjoy cooking and eating together as a way to create a family atmosphere and share our culture.

  We don’t really have any strict house rules — just mutual respect and a desire to share family life. We like to live in a calm and friendly environment, where everyone feels comfortable and part of the family.
  
  Valladolid is well known for its lively nightlife, so you’ll have plenty of free time to meet people, go out, and enjoy the city.
  
  We also have a small gym at home, so you’re welcome to work out or do some exercise whenever you like.
