  Description

  This is a cozy, home-style coworking and coliving space in Sanur, Bali, welcoming both local and international creatives. It’s designed for people who want to focus, collaborate, and be part of a supportive, values-driven community.
  
  The house blends traditional Indonesian architecture with modern needs, featuring multiple floors, coworking areas, private bedrooms, a garden, pond, and shared kitchen/dining spaces. High-speed internet and parking are included.
  
  Our community is centered around sustainability, tech literacy, and cultural exchange. We regularly host small events like game nights, workshops, and shared meals, creating space for people to exchange ideas, skills, and perspectives.
  
  We’re located about 10 minutes from calm beaches and close to restaurants, cafés, and local markets. The street is generally peaceful, though there is a karaoke bar next door that adds some lively evening energy.
  
  We are also animal-friendly and occasionally foster stray cats, dogs, and other small animals.

  Aide

  We ask for around 10–14 hours per week, depending on the type of tasks.
  
  Basic ongoing tasks:
  Trash, recycling, and compost management
  Feeding cats and fish
  Opening/closing windows and lights (AM/PM)
  Checking water gallons and basic utilities
  Occasional garden upkeep (including pet waste)
  General cleaning
  
  
  Optional tasks (based on interest):
  
  House & daily life:
  Playing with cats / helping find homes for kittens
  Group meal prep
  Simple maintenance
  Supporting small family tasks (including helping elderly parents)
  
  Marketing & operations:

  The house has an open floor plan for fresh airflow, but the bedrooms has no AC, only fan

  Meals are not provided daily, but we often cook and share food together.
  
  A weekly cleaner and gardener support the space.

  Bali is tropical—expect mosquitoes and occasional indoor critters (geckos help with bugs)
  Scooter rental may be available
  Volunteers get up to 15% discount on organic produce through Bali Jiwa
  Opportunities may exist to transition into longer-term stays in our network
  
  House guidelines:
  Be respectful, communicative, and mindful of shared spaces
  Clean up after yourself (especially dishes)
  No smoking inside (garden area available)
  Ask before using others’ belongings
