Description
Hi! My name is Marcos and I live in a large traditional Majorero house with a garden in Casillas del Ángel, a small and peaceful rural village in the centre of Fuerteventura.
I am looking for someone who would like to enjoy an authentic island experience while helping me with the care of the house and garden. Experience with practical tasks such as light painting, gardening, small home improvements appreciated! The house is old and there is always something to improve, repair, or create!
I offer a private room with its own bathroom and Wi-Fi. The accommodation is ideal for one person or a couple. The house has large shared spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious garden that you are welcome to enjoy.
In your free time, you will have the opportunity to explore and enjoy this beautiful island, with its stunning beaches, volcanoes, desert landscapes, and charming traditional villages.
I speak Spanish and would be happy to help anyone who would like to practise or learn it, while I can also get to know new languages and cultures.
Part of the house is also my photography and video production studio. If you are interested in the audiovisual world, you may have the opportunity to see ongoing projects, learn how to use some equipment, or even take part in personal creative activities.
I am looking for responsible, easy-going and cooperative people who appreciate a quiet and rural lifestyle, nature, and the pleasure of working together.
I have a car, a motorbike, and a bicycle that may be available for use. -

I haver an audiovisual production. If you're interested, I'd be happy to introduce you to photography, filmmaking, storytelling, camera techniques and visual communication.
I also love cooking and enjoy preparing traditional Canarian dishes. If you're curious about local cuisine, we can cook together, exchange recipes!
I'll be happy to take you to local festivals, village celebrations, concerts, cultural events, and traditional gatherings so you can experience the authentic spirit of the island and meet local people.
If you'd like to improve your Spanish, I'm also happy to help you practice through everyday conversations in a relaxed and natural way.
I can recommend hidden beaches, hiking routes and places that many visitors never discover. -
