Hébergement
Volunteers will sleep in the "octaraña", a tree-like open round construction that holds a dormitory with bunk beds and hammocks. There is also plenty of space to camp on the land.
There is no WiFi in here yet... but phones have excellent reception.
Autres infos...
It is located in a wonderful mountainous landscape surrounded with 360 degrees of stunning forest views. There is a beautiful river at an hour walk over the railroad to go swimming on hot days and a tall waterfall tour with town locals on the other direction. Also tons of dry forest to do trail running or hiking.
The closest towns around are Atenas and Orotina, which are well connected to San José (ca. 1h ride to the central bus station called "Coca Cola"). From any of these it´s another super beautiful hour by bus and the roughly 2 kms walking over the railroad to get to the farm.
This is still a small farm so we still usually have between 1-4 volunteers, in case you were hoping for a larger group.
