  Description

  We are a family of 5 + 5 (Eva, my husband Sandis and our 3 children aged 16, 7 and 2) +5 cats, living in a beautiful, forest surrounded area in Latvia where you can slow down and hear the natures heartbeat within you.
  We love growing our own food and experimenting with different permaculture methods, learning new skills, meeting new people and enjoying our time outdoors.

  We truly love meeting new people, it enriches our lives and brings new perspectives. We would love to share our way of living, the beauty of our place and surrounding areas with others.
  We are proud of the place we are coming from and love sharing stories about the lives of our ancestors and culture. We would love to share our knowledge through food, everyday living and community gatherings.
  We are a "hands on" family - we enjoy growing our own food, working in the garden and creating things around the house and farm. We would love to share our knowledge and also would love to learn from you.

  Aide

  Our heads are always full of new ideas that we would like to try - gardening, hands on projects, masterclasses etc. If you are willing to work together or maybe teach something to us, we would be really happy to see you at our place :)
  During the spring/summer time we would need help in the garden and greenhouse - planting, watering etc.
  We are hosting some events and community gatherings so would need some help with organizing things.
  We are always working o new projects around the farm so would need help with various tasks in the garden and farm.

  Hébergement

  We can offer a room in the barn or tent. The room in the barn is currently being renovated and will be finished in the next few weeks.
  If you wish to stay in a tent instead, we will provide the tent, mattress and all the bedding.
  There is an outdoor shower and toilet. All the meals will be provided (we can also cook together).

  Autres infos...

  There are good transport links from a nearby town, we have bicycles and also can plan some car trips together. We live off grid, electricity is provided by solar panels.
