  Description

  We are a family of 5 and have a small old converted farm in a beautiful area of the Netherlands overlooking open fields. We have lots of land and have a wonderful organic orchard where we need some help picking apples, pears, plums and walnuts as well as other outdoor tasks. We are a private homestead and the produce is just for our own enjoyment.
  
  We have plenty of space to camp so ideally looking for caravan or camping guests where you can camp right by the orchard in the middle of the open fields, it's a stunning location. We also have a lovely converted hay barn which is our guest house so we have options :)
  
  We’re looking for someone (or a couple) that’s hands on and prepared to help 3 hours a day in return for staying. We’re after someone for around 2 weeks initially for apple picking but could consider longer if things go really well.
  
  Available urgently NOW from 13th Sept start.

  Aide

  We need some help picking apples and walnuts as well as general gardening and maintenance on the land. Sometimes painting outbuildings and feeding the animals. All outdoor help in the beautiful open fields where we live.

  Ideally we're looking for helpers who would like to camp or park their caravan on our open fields. We can provide showers / facilities if needed. If you need indoor accomodation we can offer the use of our classic Airstream campervan or guest house so get in touch with your own situation and we’ll ensure we accommodate you.
  
  Workawayers must provide their own food.

  We are extreamly well connected with Breukelen train station just a 10 minute walk from our house. This line takes you into Amsterdam in under 30 mins and Utrecht city in under 10 minutes. Utrecht and other smaller towns are all cycleable within 10-20 minutes including Breukelen itself which is just a 10 minute cycle away.

  We have high speed internet access around the house.

  We can easily host any size of campervan / RV as we have large open fields to camp in. Right next to our wonderful orchard which is tranquil and has views of all the open fields around :) We actually want workawayers who have their own campervan or similar and are prepared to camp.
