  Description

  We are a family of 5 and have an old converted farm in a beautiful area of the Netherlands overlooking open fields. We are extremely well connected and only a 10 minute walk to Breukelen station which takes you into Amsterdam in under 30 minutes or Utrecht in around 10 minutes! You don't need transport but a bicycle might be helpful :)
  
  We have lots of land and have a wonderful organic orchard where we need some help picking apples, pears, plums and walnuts as well as other outdoor tasks such as grass cutting, painting outbuildings and general maintenance. We also might need the chickens looked after occasionally.
  
  We are a small private family homestead and the produce is just for our own enjoyment. This is not a commercial placement.
  
  We have plenty of space to camp so ideally looking for caravan. campervan or camping guests where you can camp right by the orchard in the middle of the open fields, it's a stunning location! We can provide a large tent if required and access to running water.
  
  We’re looking for someone (or a couple) that’s hands on and prepared to help 4 hours a day in return for staying.

  Aide

  We need some help picking apples, pears, plums and walnuts (end Sept - early Oct) as well as other outdoor tasks such as grass cutting, painting outbuildings and general homestead maintenance. We also might need the chickens looked after occasionally. It's all outdoor help in the beautiful open fields where we live.

  We are extreamly well connected with Breukelen train station just a 10 minute walk from our house. This line takes you into Amsterdam in under 30 mins and Utrecht city in under 10 minutes. Utrecht and other smaller towns are all cycleable within 10-20 minutes including Breukelen itself which is just a 10 minute cycle away.

  We can easily host any size of campervan / RV as we have large open fields to camp in. Right next to our wonderful orchard which is tranquil and has views of all the open fields around :) We actually want workawayers who have their own campervan or similar and are prepared to camp.
