  Description

  We are a kid-friendly art farm. We are interested in nature-based learning, organic farming, arts and music gatherings. There are many olive trees in our farm and we make our own olive and olive oil. We love to share what we know, learn new things, be in balance with our nature, and with a sensitive approach to the issues we think cause climate problems. We hold space for playgroups for different ages, art events and family camps. We love gardening, composting, collecting herbs and making local and hand-made products. We live with many animals as chickens, cats, dogs and a donkey!
  
  We live in a beautiful nature surrounded by antique cities. We are a community of musicians, travelers, artists and therapists.
  
  Güvenç: After studying engineering for a few years, I traveled for years for my main passion, photography. I continued my life as a photo and video producer in Istanbul. After we learned that we were going to have a child, we migrated to the region where we are now in order to get away from the city life and start a life in the countryside. I continue to produce photos and videos independently and organize events.
  
  Ezgi İçöz r: After studying psychology in Istanbul I did my masters in Expressive arts therapy in San Francisco. I have been living in a rural since 2015. I am an Expressive art therapist, a mother, interested in nature-based and integral approaches. I love to collect herbs and make healthy recipes in the kitchen.I see nature as our home, learning and healing place. I have been facilitating circles, supporting social transformation projects and writing fairytales.
  
  There is no permanent paid employee but there are some terms we need and hire local people between 5-10 (f.e. picking olive season).
  
  We stay on this land for 4-5 people permanently. There is a kind of community life here, with visitors coming from time to time. Future workaways will have the opportunity to meet and share with many artists and individuals who prefer a sensitive life. We think this is important. On the other hand, this community, which tries to live in a balance of clean air, clean food, clean soil and clean water, will be a part of many local, cultural, historical and artistic productions. For example, during our olive picking period last year, we prepared a video clip with lyrics, music and montage made by friends who live here.
  For many years we have hosted visitors and volunteers and experienced living together as a community. We know with the help of these experiences that when the energies match, very valuable friendships and sharing are born. In the coming period, we hope to share the beauties we have created here and develop our community by becoming more organized with future work-awayers.

  Aide

  We need help maintaining the trees and vineyards in our area. We need daily help with the care of animals. In the kitchen area, we need help with the products we collect from the garden. We need help in the construction and construction of the tent camping area, which we have started to create in our garden, and the arrangement of the children's playground.
  Essentially, they are needs such as supporting each other in the needs we encounter while living together.

  Hébergement

  We use an open kitchen in our space. There is a refrigerator, drinking water, kitchen sink, four-burner stove for cooking, oven, toaster, kettle and all other necessary kitchen equipment. Since we live in a semi-structured camping lifestyle, we pay attention to the freshness of food and the animals around us when consuming food. Our toilet and bathroom are also adequately equipped. There is a toilet, sink, cupboard, mirror and shower area. We can comfortably host our guests in yurt tents. In addition, we also have space for visitors to set up their own tents. Since we live in the southern region of Turkey, winter starts very late here and we heat our areas with wood stoves during the winter. We are open to sharing more detailed information and photos about the area according to the needs and questions of future work-awayers.

  Here is the timetable of Fethiye-Yakabağ public bus. Especially in this area, people are very helpful for hitchhikers because of the vacation area it is. Also since we are living as a community, we are helping each other with our neighbor's cars for needs and travels.

  We are in approximately 20 decares of olive grove land. There are also places where caravans can create their own private areas. There were two different caravans in the same period.

  2 cats, 1 dog and sometimes our guests' dogs, chickens and a donkey live on the land. Depending on the temperament of their pets, they keep them with them or release them. We can say that the animals on our land are hospitable and calm.
