  Description

  We are trying to create a little self-sufficiency, ecological home-stead, producing quality products from our farm for ourselves and volunteers . We produce fruit juice(apple ,pear, grapes, orange,...), Wine, olive oil, dried fruits , and little bit of cheese from our little sheep herd. Next to the sheep we have chickens turkey for eggs and meat, and have 2 horses and a mule,

  There is plenty of learning opportunities, if you are interested in small scale farming, or ecological building. Why try to use holistic grazing management for our animals, and are going to start with a permaculture vegetables garden. Or learning interesting building techniques, some of which are ancient, or newer ecological building techniques.
