Description
I carry out intensive English courses @ home and abroad from time to time. I speak fluent Spanish, English, German & have good knowledge of French & Italian. My old profiles were in Frankfurt & Vienna, but Vienna is fully finished now.
Late May '23, I will once again need help in Frankfurt from an experienced and mature handyman/woman/couple - helping me to build a large loft bed with abundant storage space below, as the room has a ceiling of 3.50m height . A great plumber is more than welcome to replace 2 old toilet bowls that I haven't managed to install for ages now. Further smaller tasks like drilling some shelves on a kitchen wall, etc., would be great, but all within the daily 5 hour limits. I will be renting that space as of June 4th, so staying here for about a week is ideal. A bit longer is OK, but then I may only be able to offer a couch as the current lodger only moves out June 1st, All other beds (3) took only 1 -2 days to be set up.
My desired arrival date is on May 27tñ/28th so that we can buy whatever material is missing, as well as discuss my unprofessional project plan. The closet/storage space underneath the bottom bed (both mattresses will be 1.40 x 2.m also leaving space for further shelves inside of each space), should be generous.. We will be using sturdy pine beams & wood and there are already 3 individual loft beds in separate rooms, so we can 'copy' some hints or simply change as the large room should house 2 adults in comfortable surroundings. I also use YouTube videos to get new ideas & welcome creative minded workawayers. I
usually cook, but if not, always leave enough food to prepare on your own (and/or self service). An independent room and fresh sheets and towels are supplied. Your own rooms need to stay clean please. Please contact me ASAP and ask any relevant questions.
The help requires MIN 5 hours daily except weekends- following workaway guidelines. I am able to suggest multiple activities you could carry out in the city during your free time. Smokers are NOT welcome. This is strictly a NON-SMOKING home.

Daily conversation can take place mostly in English, Spanish, French or German. However, I am not a German language teacher and am unable to speak it to foreigners too early/too late....in the day, even if I know the language well. English or Spanish would be preferable.

Vacations yes, but support - too. It needs to be a win : win case. Anybody under 35 needs to have reviews here. There are too many people around who think workaway is just about spending nice vacations & don't even want to help out for 5 hours. If you seek entertainment, please stay home or go elsewhere. My previous experience in Frankfurt was excellent years ago, but most help in Vienna was pretty weak.

5 hours daily are essential! Technical and computer support related to online tips are quite usefu . General cleaning up of yourself is very necessary. Thanks for your help in advance! Vegetarians are welcome (!!!), but I'm not one myself.

An independent room and fresh sheets and towels are supplied. The room is located in the back part of the flat, which is the quietest part and faces the back garden. A large bathroom is below the bedroom.
Great fresh air and parks nearby
P.S. I have nothing at all against vegans or gluten-free or pure organic food diets. Those however, impose way more cooking efforts and easily cost triple the sum of my own shopping needs. Thus, travellers with extra desires/needs, are suggested/advised to do their own extra shopping at close by yet expensive shops. I can gladly ONLY cater to a vegetarian lifestyle, if need be. 👌
