Description
My husband and I have a home in a cozy Aurora neighborhood. Our two dogs, Jif and Skippy, are friendly and love going for walks, but are also some big "chillers" when indoors. Both of them are well potty-trained and can last 8-10 hours to allow you to get out and enjoy Colorado! They also love to hike and depending on your activity in the area, might be up for tagging along.
Since moving in a few months ago, we've been saying that this neighborhood is the most walkable place we've ever lived! The area is safe and has lots of great sidewalks or trails, including a dog park only 0.8 miles away! The best "perk" of our home is the sauna in our basement, which you're welcome to enjoy over your stay!

There are lots of great things to explore in the Aurora, Parker, and Centennial areas. Our home is close to all of these! We're also only about 30 minutes from downtown Denver (depending on traffic)
Aide
We're looking for dog sitters for Jif and Skippy, mentioned previously in the description of the stay. We'll be traveling for a couple of weeks over the summer and rather than pay a LOT of money for pet sitters, we thought we'd see if anyone is looking to "trade" free housing for pet care! Our dogs are easy, so really wouldn't be much hinderance on your enjoyment of all the Denver area has to offer.

You'll be staying in our guest bedroom which has a queen bed, a Keurig, and a walk in closet. There's also a private guest bathroom that's all yours - it includes a tub shower. While we're traveling, you'll have the kitchen and living spaces all to yourself. If your trip overlaps with our return, those will be shared spaces. Bedding, towels, and basic hygiene products are all on us! Kitchen tools and basic ingredients are also provided.
