Young family with a lovely little girl Aiala, 5 years old, and a little boy Adei 2 years old. Me Ainhoa (37) and my husband Alvaro (41). Nice town in the Basque Country, north Spain, with good train communication, 30min away from San Sebastián.
Trying to share a new experience with new people. We like reading, cycling with the family, walking around in the mountains...
Alvaro practices Shorinji Kempo and is trying to improve his english to communicate with the rest of the countries of their organisation. And we also want Aiala and Adei to have some "english" practice during some weeks.
We have lots of friends that can arrange different activities and usually other aupairs and workawayers are also in the area during summer.
We live in Beasain, quite big town, with a lot of pubs-shops and services (14.000 people living). Train to Donostia 5min walking distance from home. Also buses to Bilbao.
We love travelling and trying to learn about other cultures (Tunisia, Egypt, Greece, Mauritius, Cuba, Croatia, Italy, Japan, ...?).
We pay an allowance as pocket money.

Last two weeks of August, after 22nd until september, to help with Aiala and Adei while we are working. Have breakfast, play during morning and give lunch to them, afternoon will be organized with grandpas usually, so free afternoon.

Individual room in the centre of Beasain. Quite big town, with a lot of pubs-shops and services (14.000 people living). Goierri is a wonderful area to enjoy mountain walks, really green and hilly.
Very popular area for its mountains like Txindoki (1.346m) or Aizkorri (1.551m). Also really good gastronomy in general, natural and tasty.
30 min by train to wonderful San Sebastián, beach and fantastic atmosphere, especially in summer. Train 5min walking distance from home. Also buses to Bilbao or France (Bayonne-Biarritz) under 1,5 hours drive.
First time we try this idea and happy to live new experiences.
