  Description

  I’m an easy walk into nelson city, 5 minutes from MTB trails, walking tracks and a bird sanctuary. I live in an old house in a fantastic neighbourhood, really central, really friendly area. I’m kids free at the moment (just me in the house), I work full time & I’m a fluent(ish) French speaker .

  We’ll share dinners together- I’m largely vegetarian but do eat meat - I like playing cards or board games.
  I’ve lived a few years in Japan and in France and I love finding out about other people and their lives & world views, having interesting conversation.
  My father comes to stay once a week.
  Freddy the rabbit lives inside and enjoys being quietly petted as well as being fed tasty fresh weeds from the garden.
  
  I’ve lived in the area for years, I’m a big walker & tramper & i can give you lots of good tips about fantastic places to go. And you’d be welcome to join me on my weekly walk up the nearest big hill or any other outings.

  Aide

  I would like help with small scale painting & garden projects - general weeding & tidy up, inside and out. I’d like someone to work alongside me a bit but also able to work independently during the week when I’m at work. Experience with a paint brush would be helpful but not essential.

  I have several rooms - both single bed and double - whichever you prefer. You’d have a bathroom mainly for you (it does share the washing machine) - sunny deck and garden. I’m mainly vegetarian & have a fairly whole food diet but I can accomodate meat eaters. I’m happy to cook dinners - but I would be pretty happy if you’re able to share cooking.
  
  All food will be provided - we’ll prepare and eat dinner together and meals on the weekend - otherwise I’ll make sure the cupboards are stoked do you can prepare breakfast dnd lunch yourself during the week
