  We are a Hostel with more than 7 years of experience and we are located in the paradisiacal and little-known Isla Fuerte, near the Gulf of Morrosquillo. The culture, landscapes, gastronomy, facilities, activities and the friendliness of the locals are the perfect mix to give you a unique and close experience.
  
  We are located in front of the sea, which rewards our visitors with an exceptional and sublime view.
  
  At Isla Fuerte, we are the main driver of sustainable development, providing quality jobs and training for our employees. We are committed to social and ecological projects both in our hostel and within the community.

  If you love immersing yourself in the local culture of the Colombian Caribbean, exploring beautiful natural landscapes and sharing your passion for the outdoors with others, then this role could be perfect for you. The island has an exceptional tropical environment, exotic fauna and flora and a wide variety of activities to enjoy, such as hiking, diving, kayaking, bird watching and more.

  At Hotel La Playita in Isla Fuerte, we are looking for the best volunteers who are passionate about adventure, nature, and have an unconditional love for service. We are seeking authenticity in the person who joins us.
  
  Specifically, we are looking for support to lead the English teaching project for our community and to offer a better service.
  
  On the other hand, we are looking for an activity host to make our clients' experience an unforgettable moment during their stay at the hotel.
