  Description

  We are a family with two adults and two children from Cologne. We live very close to the city center, yet surrounded by nature. We were workawayer ourselves and now we like to be hosts after six months of travel. Our children are our top priority. Cultural exchange theirfore is the most important idea. We are vegetarians and eat mostly organic products.
  
  You can stay with us for one or two weeks, maybe longer.
  
  We have a thursday dog. Be sure, that this will be OK for you.
  
  With two kids, jobs and a lot of things to to, it is particularly important to us that you are independent, that you can take care of yourself, that you know your skills and actively contribute, you should also know your limits and pay attention to yourself and your time management.

  Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern aus Köln. Wir leben ganz nah vom Zentrum und doch im Grünen.
  
  Wir leben in einer Erdgeschosswohnung mit einem Garten und sehr lieben Nachbarn.
  Wir waren selbst als Workawayer unterwegs und wollen nun selbst Hosts werden, nach einem halben Jahr reisen.
  Bei uns dreht sich alles um unsere Kinder, sie stehen an erster Stelle. Es geht uns in erster Linie auch um den kulturellen Austausch.
  Wir sind Vegetarier und essen vorwiegend Bioprodukte.
  
  Du kannst eine oder zwei Wochen bei uns bleiben, vielleicht länger.
  
  Wir haben einen „Donnerstags-Hund“.
  
  Mit zwei Kindern, Jobs und jede Menge To-dos, ist es ganz besonders wichtig für uns, dass du selbstständig bist, dich selbst versorgen kannst, dass du deine Fähigkeiten kennst und dich aktiv einbringst aber dass du auch deine Grenzen kennst und auf dich und deine Zeiteinteilung achtest.

  We can offer a cultural and language exchange, love also to share some electric skills and psychotherapy „tools“.
  We hope to find an english speaking person.
  We are open minded to your ideas, love to share (green) ideas and creativity, in our family you can paint, make music, eat and play together. We invite you to go to beach clean ups and ocean protection events (because we are members in an ocean protection organisation).

  Wir hoffen, eine englischsprachige Person zu finden. Wir sind aufgeschlossen für deine Ideen und teilen gerne (grüne) Ideen und Kreativität. In unserer Familie könnt ihr malen, musizieren, gemeinsam mit uns essen und spielen. Wir laden euch herzlich ein, an Beach Clean ups und Meeresschutzveranstaltungen teilzunehmen (da wir Mitglied einer Meeresschutzorganisation sind).

  Hébergement

  We live in a 100m2 flat with garden . You will have a small room with a double bed with a glas door. You can also feel free to use a tent in our garden. You can have a bike or you take the bus or tram. We live 15minutes with the bike away from the centre of cologne and 4minutes away from the next tram and bus station. We usually eat breakfast around 7am and approx. 7pm dinner together. Our children a like childrens are, they something happy, sometimes sad, sometimes loud and sometimes quiet. Here it is how life with kids happens.

  Wir wohnen in einer 100m2 Wohnung mit Garten. Du wirst ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett haben. Du kannst auch unser Zelt in unserem Garten aufbauen. Du kannst ein Fahrrad haben oder den Bus oder die Straßenbahn nehmen. Wir wohnen 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der Kölner Innenstadt, 4 Minuten von der nächsten Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle entfernt. Wir frühstücken normalerweise gegen 7Uhr und essen gegen 19 Uhr zusammen zu Abend. unsere Kinder sind, wie Kinder eben sind manchmal glücklich, manchmal traurig, manchmal laut und manchmal leise, so wie Leben eben ist.

  Don‘t take any kinds of drugs in our house or come back in our house drunken or druged.
  
  We love to show you our city and around. We will show you nice trails, spots for doing sport exercices. We love to go with the stand up paddle to our lakes, we love flee markets and garage sales. You can help us to do our own flee market. We invite you to Beach Clean Ups and Events of our ocean protect orgsnisation.
  
  In your free time you can go wherever you want. You can take the train to all big and small german citys, even to Holland, Belgium or France.

  In unserem Haus sind keine Drogen erlaubt. Bitte komm auch nicht betrunken oder unter Drogen in unser Haus zurück.
  
  Wir lieben es, dir unsere Stadt und Umgebung zu zeigen. Wir zeigen dir schöne Wanderungen, und Orte, wo du Sport machen kannst. Wir lieben es, mit dem Stand-up-Paddel an Seen zu fahren, wir lieben Flohmärkte. Du kannst uns helfen, unseren eigenen Flohmarkt zu machen. Wir laden dich zu Beach Clean ups und Veranstaltungen unserer Meeresschutzorganisation ein.
  
  In deiner Freizeit kannst du gehen, wohin du willst. Du kannst mit dem Zug in alle großen und kleinen deutschen Städte fahren, sogar nach Holland, Belgien oder Frankreich.
