  Description

  We are a bedroom community to the city. Surrounded by trees and animals. We are close enough to the city for all your errands or shopping.
  
  I have great neighbours.
  
  It’s a 3 bedroom bungalow with a full basement. 3/4 acre lot with a private backyard. I use a wood stove to heat the house and heat pump for air conditioning in the summer.

  The community I live in is a bedroom community to the city. We are a closer knit community, where neighbours look out for each other. There is a beautiful Acadian community and culture here. There are music/movie nights at the town square every week during the summer.
  
  The uptown area of Saint John has many bars and restaurants, where you can enjoy local fare, and music in the evenings.
  
  I am a Paramedic by trade and own a small business so I can share experiences from there as well as completing my Masters degree recently as a 40 something adult. I have hosted on Couchsurfing for a number of years, and a guest just introduced me to this avenue as well. What better way to experience different cultures and communities as well than this.

  Hébergement

  I have a third bedroom in my home, that is complete with closet, dresser and bedding. Internet is also available. I cook all the time. If you wish to help cook I would love to experience your favourite dishes as well.
  
  If you prefer a more rustic locale, I also own a 2 bedroom cabin not far from here that provides a more private relaxed atmosphere. The cabin though does not have internet, it comes with power and a wood stove for more heat in the cooler months.

  Autres infos...

  There is city transit stop two doors down from my home, if you don't have a vehicle. There are 2/3 runs a day into the city. If I am off I am often running into the city as well if you wanted to catch a drive with me as well.
