  Hello, my name is Carolina Faulha and I am 32 years old. I am originally from Peniche and recently decided to open my own hostel here in Baleal. I have always been in love with this incredible region, with its stunning beaches and welcoming atmosphere. At my hostel, I aim to provide a comfortable and friendly environment where guests can relax and enjoy everything Baleal has to offer.
  
  Olá, meu nome é Carolina Faulha e tenho 32 anos. Sou natural de Peniche e recentemente decidi abrir o meu próprio hostel aqui no Baleal. Sempre estive apaixonada por esta região incrível, com suas praias deslumbrantes e atmosfera acolhedora. No meu hostel, busco oferecer um ambiente confortável e amigável, onde os hóspedes possam relaxar e aproveitar tudo o que Baleal tem para oferecer.

  At our hostel, Workawayers have the opportunity to participate in social activities that help connect with our family and team, as well as the local community. We share knowledge and skills about surfing, hostel management and the local culture. By welcoming people from different cultures, we hope to expand our worldview, learn new perspectives and enrich everyone’s experience with a vibrant cultural exchange.

  At my hostel in Baleal, we offer a unique experience not only for our guests but also for our volunteers. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to explore the incredible Baleal area, from its stunning beaches to its charming coastal trails. You will also be able to take part in local activities and discover the vibrant culture of the region. It is a chance to enrich your time with us while enjoying the best that Baleal has to offer. Come and be part of our team and enjoy everything this wonderful place has to offer! At our hostel in Baleal, volunteers work daily tasks such as cleaning, as well as checking guests in and out. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. In return for your work at our hostel in Baleal, volunteers will receive a surf lesson, comfortable accommodation and a surfboard to use. In addition, you will be part of a beautiful welcoming family who are here to ensure that your experience is amazing. Take advantage of the opportunity to work, learn and have fun in one of the most stunning destinations in Portugal! We will also pay the minimum wage in Portugal, based on the hours you work. 28 hours per week.

  No nosso hostel em Baleal, o trabalho dos voluntários envolve tarefas diárias como limpeza, além de realizar check-ins e check-outs dos hóspedes. Este papel é essencial para manter um ambiente acolhedor e organizado.
  
  Em troca do seu trabalho no nosso hostel em Baleal, os voluntários receberão uma aula de surf, acomodação confortável e uma prancha de surf para usar. Além disso, você fará parte de uma bela família acolhedora que está aqui para garantir que sua experiência seja incrível.
