Help us with permaculture and eco-building life project in Gravina in Puglia, the oldest town in Puglia, Italy

  Description

  Hello whoever you are;
  if you contact me please make sure to read everything.
  
  I have been off the last three years because I had a baby. Now, the project sees two more pleople. My partneer and my daughter even if my partneer is not often on the land.
  I live and work in town Gravina in Puglia. I have time to go to the land in the afternoon.
  Only in summer because of the hot weather I stay on the land and start working early in the morning. Then I have an office job in town and when I finish I return back late in the afternoon.
  There is no electricity - we work on solar hours and I've put some solar light inside and outside the caravan. It's cosy. You can heat if you need.
  
  A volunteer (BEST TWO) is welcome at the moment ONLY if he/she has no problem in staying on his own at night.
  If you desire to stay with us, being part of our project, you should feel you have strong INDEPENDENCE.
  If you have problems with kids or family situations please do NOT contact us;
  My daughter is 4 years old and is part of the project like us. She loves to stay with guests.
  It could be possible I ask to babysit her in the shift hours.
  For us some profiles would be perfect : if you feel to have lots of caring for child and patient, feel free to contact us.
  
  We live in town, 5 km far from the land in a small apartement.
  You can use bycicle.
  We do not have space to host you in town but we like the idea to have you on the land living as you want, the way I used to do myself for 1 year.
  Every morning we'll reach you on the land and plan working time and meals together.
  You have a kitchenette on the land and compost toilet with shower.
  
  Very important to me is communication. I do respect my feelings and needs first of all and I do believe that you do or will try to do your best. So if we respect each other, we will get on well.
  In this order I'm very into LGBTQ+ studies. So, you're welcome if you feel be part of that somehow.
  
  About food : [controversial subject] I prefer to say that food is basic and organic. I tend to spend more money for organic and good food. Sometimes there is abundance, some other not. I follow the flow.
  We have been vegeterian but at the moment we eat everything but we care about your needs. We'll do our best to cross our needs.
  
  About the stay : let's say you stay one week, and if we get on, you can stay longer.

  This adventure in permaculture began in 2017.
  We have been reforestng territories and working on green-building.
  
  Also, we have the project of building our house. Everything about the project we can share with you.
  
  Most of all, you can learn how to live with little !!

  Aide

  In AUTUMN 2025, I want to reforest a new area in the land; we will have missions about designing the different areas and maintenance.
  We will do jobs that helps to get the place as confortable as we can for you and future guests with children ot not. We'd love your opinion.
  
  Since 2023, main missions have been gardening, planting, building solar dryer for herbs or fruits, helping with plastering an earth dome and finish the children area.
  We really need someone who is independent with those works after explaining.
  Time is so precious with a baby.

  I've studied languages, lived abroad. I can speak french and english. I'd prefer to exchange with spanish or improve my english.

  Hébergement

  You can sleep in a caravan.
  If you don’t mind the quiet and remoteness, than you will have a great time living a simple daylife.
  I can only suggest this, if you are up to wildness and primitiveness. (Solar shower in a comfy compost toilet)
  
  N.B. I am working to habe hot water in the shower.
  If and when we need confort [as internet or other] we can go to town.

  I prefer to host two people at time who come together as I can be busy with my daughter and work in town.
  Where possible you can come with me.
  I can provide two bicycles.

  Any type of caravan can be parked. There is not the possibility to charge electricity unfortunatly. We are working for it. You can came with your tent. Or, if possible you can stay in the earth dome.
