  ELISA (LODGE OWNER AND HOST)
  Locally born and raised Elisa started the lodge in the year 2000. Described by guest and locals as an amazing cook and terrific person. Heartwarming and attentive. After meeting her husband Benjamin they started transforming the lodge into a Patagonian experience like no other.
  
  BENJAMÍN (LODGE CO - OWNER AND HOST)
  Husband and business partner of Elisa. A commercial engineer and passionate fisherman focused on transforming the lodge into a state of the art Patagonian experience.
  
  Currently we have two paid employees, one is working in maintenance and the second on Management

  We are a family of two and one dog called chikie. We are able to interact and share our house and also share our patagonian traditions and meals.
  We would like to teach how difficult it is to live in a remote place and the challenges to achieve it
  We will be working with the workawayers on every activity.
  We will teach them how grow vegetables on the green house, keep clean and nice garden with patagonian bushes
  We will harvest patagonina berrys to prepare delicios jam.
  
  They will be able to connect with nature and patagonian wild life, meeting patagonian people and their traditions.

  Hola, my name is Benjamin Originally from Chile and holding a degree in Business Administration, I offer a diverse professional background characterized by over 14 years of leadership and operational experience.
  
  For the past 11 years, I have served as the General Manager for La Cabaña Fishing Lodge in Northern Patagonia. This role has allowed me to develop a robust expertise in hospitality, supply chain logistics, and booking management. Prior to this, I spent three years within the construction industry, where I focused on project management and facility maintenance. My comprehensive skill set spans general management, gardening, and housekeeping oversight, ensuring I can contribute to both the high-level strategy and the daily operational excellence.
  
  While my native language is Spanish, I am proficient in English and highly value cultural interchange. I am an outdoor enthusiast with a passion for hiking and travel, and I bring that same energy and dedication to my professional endeavors.

  Shared apartment with other workawayers with a shared bathroom with internet.
  
  The host will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner,
  The workawayers have to prepare their own food.
  Kitchen and all the food will be provided by the host,
  
  WORKAWAYERS ARE RESPONSABLE TO KEEP CLEAN THEIR OWN APARTMENT.
