  Description

  We are an English couple that own a finca in the Spanish national park in Andalucia. The house is our private home, it is old and is always in need of painting and general maintenance inside and out. We are surrounded by natural beauty and wild life and are 9km from the white village of Jimena de la Frontera.

  Although the house is remote we are not far away from the local bar servicing local spanish food and wine. And 9km from Jimena de la Frontera. We are half an hours drive to Sotogrande with larger supermarkets, many bars, restaurants, banks and beaches. And just under an hours drive to Tarifa with amazing beaches and many water sport possibilities. Also Gibraltar airport is 40 mins drive from our house.

  Aide

  We want to repair and paint our pool area this springtime. Also we need various rooms inside the finca decorated. There are always jobs to be done from cleaning windows, painting wooden beams to collecting leaves out of the pool. Various jobs which can include organising the tool sheds to filling up pond, hoovering the gym area to feeding the pets.

  Hébergement

  We have an apartment that includes a large double bedroom with a bathroom and a lounge area with its own kitchen. Including a fridge, oven, and washing machine. With an outside terrace area with seating and a garden area. We can provide an evening meal and can eat together but you are also free and have the option to cook and prepare your own food in your own kitchen.

  We can have a car available to use on days off also the use of push bikes for exploring the local area. We go into the village everyday to have coffee, to do food shopping and chat to the local people.
  Jimena is a beautiful white village with a historic castle overlooking the town and the local river with trekking paths for beautiful walks. The village is on a hill with steep and winding streets to explore.
  Our house is big enough to be private and but enjoy working together on various projects. We are very flexible with the hours of help. We have horses on our land. There are many opportunities to go horse trekking around the local area.
