Beautiful Country Setting 15-20 minutes from some of the worlds most beautiful beaches in Tugun, Australia

Hi, we live in Mudgeerabah on the Gold Coast. We are 20 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches and a short bike ride to the local town centre. We live in a peaceful 2 storey home. I have 2 boys ages 17 and 14 who are mad soccer players and play for NPL soccer teams. We have 2 pets, a cat and a dog....much loved

I am looking for someone preferably who can drive. I need help around the home with cleaning, gardening and occasional house/pet sitting when we are away. Attention to detail is a must. Plenty of time would be available for your other interests and a job if wanted.

Own room with a shared bathroom, plenty of space. Beautiful hikes and walks all within the local area. Very peaceful living with access to one of the Gold Coasts largest shopping complexes a five minute drive away.

We are a peaceful easy going family full of love but at the same time a very busy family with lots of commitments so specific help is needed to keep the home/house running smoothly.

For anyone with interest in surfing and nature, it’s the most amazing place to be. I own and run a specialist gym and work in mental health. There's the opportunity for work with us as well if there is interest. We have lived in this area for over 20 years, love all things nature and can show you all the local secret spots. Apparently I'm a good english teacher, so if you need to learn I'm happy to help. We would also love to learn Japanese so if you are Japanese language exchange is welcome. We love where we live and are happy to share it with you.

I’m looking for help to keep the home running smoothly with attention to detail. Cleaning, pets, garden are the most important. Not too much to do but just needs regular doing. No more than 1-3 hours a day which leaves plenty of time for your own interests.
